We're back with another installment of Music Video Monday!  Yes, we know, it has been a while...  But we only like to share music video gems.  And we have one.

Sia, the incredibly talented, under-appreciated, Australian singer/songwriter has produced another instant-classic.  (In case you missed it, check out her music video for "Clap Your Hands")

Just watch it, trust us.  It's definitely unique!

The clip is a perfect juxtaposition of beautiful and creepy.  The choreography is nothing short of brilliant.  The cinematographer even better.  But the clip gets it soul by the performance of Maddie Ziegler, apparently of Dance Moms fame (really, who knew that.)  The only thing you need to know is that she is a phenomenal dancer - oh, and she's 11 years old.

Sia & Daniel Askill direct this clip with the precision, the vision and the quirkiness the track deserves.  In our opinion, the clip is not as weird as the award winning Clap Your Hands but definitely a better, more unique piece.

Sia's Chandelier music video...  We give it: five spuds.

Also, below is the extended director's cut .  Well worth the watch, though you'll be taken off-site.

Part 2 is a "doozy."

Three music videos from the UK drum & bass quartet, Rudimental.  Each as good as the last...  We know some of our readers don't care much for "drum & bass" but please stick with it, the payoff is worth it.  And we promise we will provide a country or classical music video in the near future.

We think we've figured out Rudimental's music video success equation:

Great beats + great narratives + great cinematography = great music videos.

From the slums of the Philippines to the streets of Philadelphia, no matter where Rudimental's clips are shot one thing is for sure: an engaging music video.

First up is our office favorite, "Waiting All Night", followed by the uplifting "Not Giving In" and finally "Feel the Love."  Enjoy!
